Yesterday was National Rural Health Day — celebrating the providers, systems, and communities that make rural health care possible.
As Thanksgiving approaches, here’s a powerful finding from a 2024 JAMA Psychiatry study of ~50,000 women (avg. age 79): Women with the highest gratitude scores had a 9% lower all-cause mortality risk over three years compared to those with the lowest scores (Source: Harvard Health Publishing)
