In this recorded Zoom training session, WebAim.org's tools and resources available for accessibility professionals, instructional designers, web designers, and other document prep professionals, are reviewed. More specifically, WebAim's color-contrast checker tool is demonstrated in correcting PowerPoint presentations containing tables and their various related infographics. Beyond WebAim's color-checker tools, table formatting for accessibility is also reviewed as are a number of methods for correcting PowerPoint errors and warnings frequently returned by Microsoft's Accessibility Checker function. Within the Attachment Tab are Word-based documents, which fully outline the instructions given in this live-recorded Zoom session. As always, if you have an immediate technical need relating to accessible design or technology, or if you would like to either schedule a virtual or live instructional design training session, please email mary.mailler@ttuhsc.edu.
